For example, use this sentence to ask for a train station (えきeki), bus stop (バスていbasutei), hotel (ホテルhoteru), convenience store (コンビニkonbini), supermarket (スーパーsupa), drugstore (やっきょくyakkyoku), department store デパートdepato, or place.

Ticket is きっぷ(kippu) in Japanese. Most tickets are single one-way tickets かたみち(katamichi). Round-trip tickets are called おうふく(ofuku). Shinkansen and some express trains have reserved seats していせき(shitei-seki) and non-reserved seats じゆうせき(jiyu-seki).
